By accessing or using MsgFan, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the platform. Your continued use of MsgFan constitutes acceptance of any updates or modifications to these terms.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use MsgFan. By creating an account or using any part of the platform, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older. MsgFan reserves the right to terminate any account found to belong to a user under the age of 18.
MsgFan is a platform that allows fans to send paid direct messages to creators. When a fan sends a message, the creator is notified and has 48 hours to reply. If the creator does not reply within 48 hours, the fan receives a full automatic refund. MsgFan does not guarantee the quality or content of any creator's reply, only that a reply will occur or a refund will be issued.
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By submitting a payment, you authorize MsgFan to charge your payment method for the amount specified. If a creator fails to reply within 48 hours, an automatic refund will be issued to your original payment method. Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear depending on your bank or card issuer. MsgFan charges a platform fee on each transaction, which is non-refundable in the event of a creator reply.
Creators who accept payments through MsgFan agree to respond to fan messages within 48 hours of receipt. Creators are responsible for the content of their replies and must comply with all applicable laws and these Terms. Creators must not use MsgFan to solicit additional payments outside the platform, engage in fraudulent activity, or provide misleading information about their identity. MsgFan reserves the right to suspend or terminate any creator account at its sole discretion.
The following content is strictly prohibited on MsgFan: any content involving minors in a sexual or exploitative context; content that is illegal under applicable law; harassment, threats, or hate speech targeting any individual or group; spam or unsolicited commercial messages; impersonation of any person or entity; and any content that violates the intellectual property rights of others. Violations may result in immediate account termination and reporting to relevant authorities.
Your use of MsgFan is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using MsgFan, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
MsgFan is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. To the fullest extent permitted by law, MsgFan disclaims all liability for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the platform.
MsgFan reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.
